Our expertise and experience allows us to offer hands-on support and advice - whether handling your event or meeting virtually or in-person. For example, with our concierge video service or event audio conferencing, each of your participants will be personally greeted by our operator and their connections individually tested for audio/video quality or other technical specifications prior to the event – eliminating the stress and workload that can often burden a conference/event coordinator. Our team can offer expertise on everything from camera operation to lighting ensuring you look just as good as you sound!
For onsite events (such as a webcast), our technicians are physically present and on-hand for the duration of the event.
We will launch the call ahead of the meeting to make sure all systems are go by the time the meeting starts. We’ll test the video and audio quality, bandwidth, and answer any questions you may have to ensure your call goes smoothly and provides an optimal end user experience.
CALL LAUNCH and MONITORING
We'll launch your meeting, greet the participants, ensure everyone is connected, adjust settings, and remain on the call as a muted participant to service your call. If a technical incident occurs, our operator is on standby to assist in real-time. Our operator can perform multiple actions based on ques, timing, or follow verbal instructions.
Our support specialists are responsible for answering all incoming traffic for reservations, technical support and live operator assistance before, during and after your audio or video conference.
