Who we’re looking for: An ambitious go-getter, open to learning everything and anything, not afraid to do what’s maybe not in their job description but needs to get done in order to solve a customer’s issue. You bring some sales and customer service experience preferably in a B2B service sale.  As an Outbound Account Manager, you will be the first point of contact for growing our customer base. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities across Canada & the US by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through the telephone and the web.


Responsibilities: 

  • Qualify QUALITY prospects who can benefit from our services. 
  • Contact potential clients through ‘warm’ calls and LinkedIn. 
  • Proactively seek new sales opportunities in the market
  • Identify prospects’ needs and understand their business drivers
  • Set up calls, meetings, or demos with potential clients
  • Report to the Director of Sales on daily/weekly/monthly sales results
  • Stay up-to-date with Digital event & collaboration, trends, technologies, and related topics

Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Representative, or similar role. Cold or ‘warm’ calling experience. Track record of meeting targets. Experience with any CRM software. Excellent communication and probing skills. Business Diploma or Degree (or equivalent experience)

Compensation: Salary of $45,000- 50,000 per year. Monthly paid commissions (No cap!) Employer paid health plan. Cake on your birthday. Free lunch Friday once a month. Eligible for annual Achiever’s Club trip
